The Life-Giving Wounds Companion Workbook for Individual Use Or for Small Groups
The Life-Giving Wounds® Workbook is a companion to the book Life-Giving Wounds: A Catholic Guide to Healing for Adult Children of Divorce or Separation (Ignatius Press, 2023).
The workbook expands on the content of the book by providing additional tools and resources such as guides for goal development, journal prompts and reflection questions for each chapter, self-assessments, prayers, beautiful sacred art, 24 helpful exercises, handouts, and more. These interactive resources will help readers identify areas for healing from family wounds and better live the abundant life of joy Christ promises to all.
The workbook is designed for use both by individuals for personal reflection and growth, and by use for in-person small groups or support groups in our ministry in order to aid discussion and collaboration.
All proceeds go to support our ministry and cause.
