2021 Goals for Life-Giving Wounds!
Here are our goals for this year, the areas and projects that God-willing we will expend our energy and enthusiasm:
Life-Giving Wounds 2021 GOALS:
Directly and deeply aid in the healing process, dating/marriage enrichment, evangelization, and spiritual development of 250 to 350 adult children of divorce or separation through online and in-person ministry (a 20-40% increase from last year). Here is Maria Jose Corniell's story about the unique difference we made in her life. Thank you Maria, we are honored to walk with you!
Establish 3 to 6 new Life-Giving Wounds chapters and host in-person retreats at those chapters. We are very excited to start this year in Metuchen, New Jersey in April, followed next by Denver, Colorado in May, Boise in September, Miami in October, and Benedictine College in November!
Create a Spanish ministry task-force, headed up by our chaplain Fr. Mario, and run our first-ever Spanish Life-Giving Wounds retreat and grow a Spanish branch of the ministry.
Continue to develop our ever-growing online outreach and presence by 25-30% to reach over 200K; specific goals are 100K on Facebook (2.5K followers), 50K website page views, 35K on Instagram (1K followers), 20K unique website visitors, 20K blog page views, etc.
Publish a comprehensive Life-Giving Wounds Leader's Guide to make starting and maintaining this ministry easier than ever.
Publish a book-length Life-Giving Wounds resource for use by small groups / support groups (or DIY for individuals).
Lead another Life-Giving Wounds national, virtual retreat and virtual support group.
An amazing, top-secret project that has never been done before in the history of the Church for adult children of divorce and it will touch thousands of souls (...yes you will have to wait a little bit longer to hear about it...)
And many, many more dreams!!
As with any of our efforts, we entrust these goals to our Lord and pray that He will make our efforts far more fruitful than what we can accomplish by our own human strength alone!
