Coordinator of Life-Giving Wounds Position
Life-Giving Wounds Mission: To help young adults and adults with divorced or separated parents understand their wounds, give voice to their pain, and find deep transformative healing through Catholic peer-led retreat ministries and support groups, online ministry and outreach, print and digital resources, promotion of effective psychological care in congruence with Catholic teaching, and other creative means.
Job Summary: Life-Giving Wounds is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of full-time Coordinator of Life-Giving Wounds Position. This is a new position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our rapidly growing one-of-a-kind organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including coordinating and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the President of Life-Giving Wounds
Coordinate and fulfill your responsibilities for the Life-Giving Wounds position.
Manage projects to ensure timely completion and accountability within the team.
Delegate tasks effectively and prioritize workload to meet organizational goals.
Maintain a detailed focus on tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, participants, alumni, donors, and other stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and speaking skills.
Uphold the mission and values of Life Giving Wounds in all activities and interactions.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred in Catholic theology or psychology, especially with a focus on marriage, family, and/or pastoral ministry or counseling.
3+ relevant years of experience.
Qualifications and Essential Skills:
Demonstrate an understanding of the mission of Life-Giving Wounds.
Flexible and adaptive to change as the ministry matures and grows from start-up mode.
Systems-minded individual with a strategic mindset; experience overseeing and improving programs and processes.
Driven by collaboration, teamwork, and service mentality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including comfort giving presentations to various audiences.
Ability to handle feedback constructively and demonstrate a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
Ownership mentality towards goals and exceptional attention to details.
Proven experience in productively working remotely.
Proficient in the following technologies: Microsoft Office Suite, Google-Suite, and video conferencing software.
Work Requirements and Location:
Hybrid work environment (in-office/remote) with flexibility for evenings/weekends as needed. Candidate must be willing to work in-person in Clinton, Maryland.
High travel commitment throughout the year.
Salary and Benefits:
Full-time position with a competitive salary, commensurate based on experience and education; significant incentives and bonuses are offered to base salary for meeting certain annual organizational goals.
